Dear families,
For this month, we want to draw your attention to the season of Lent. Having started February 17th, Lent is the time of reflection and introspection as we prepare to experience and celebrate Good Friday and Easter.
In the midweek service at the start of Lent, District Apostle Kolb addressed parents specifically. Click the player below to listen to a 3 minute clip of his sermon.
A devotional packet has been created to help individuals, families, and groups enhance their season of Lent. This devotional has a weekly focus that includes a Bible passage, commentary, questions for discussion or reflection, and a family activity or prompt.
Even though we are a couple of weeks into Lent, the devotional can still be utilized as families can customize their frequency and rhythm.
