Beginning this fall, Youth Group will include high school students in grades 9–12. Our renewed focus is to create a place where young people grow in their faith through meaningful discussions, mentoring relationships, fellowship, service, and shared experiences.

We recommend gathering for youth discussions at least twice each month, social or fellowship activities at least once each month (or a combination of both), and planning quarterly Youth Services. Please refer to the guidelines below for Youth Service.

New youth discussion guides designed specifically for high school students are currently in development and are expected to be available on the website and app by mid-December. In the meantime, youth leaders and facilitators are welcome to choose any discussion content from the Small Group library or a For Your Journey episode. Below are recommended small group series which can be used as a starting point. Feel free to adapt the questions to best meet the needs of your youth.

We are excited about this renewed vision for Youth Group and pray it will encourage young people to build strong relationships, deepen their faith, and confidently live as followers of Jesus Christ.

For small group discussions that include a video, we recommend watching the video as a group and then discussing. Discussions that are based on an article, we recommend you read the article together as a group, and then discuss.

Be sure to download the NAC USA app for easy access to the entire library of small group discussion guides.
