The PREPARE & ENRICH program is available for those that would like to participate in either evaluating their current relationship in preparation for marriage or for a married couple that would like to assess their marital health in search for potential growth areas. The program is scientifically validated as a foundational program for premarital education, marriage enrichment, couples therapy, marriage mentoring and marriage education.
PREPARE & ENRICH has been in existence for thirty years and further improved and refined over the years to become one of the best, most effective, easy-to-use relationship assessment tools available. Over 100,000 facilitators have been trained and 3,000,000 couples have gone through the program.
The program is designed to use "the facilitator" who is a trained individual instrumental in preparing couples for success, guiding them through the evaluation process and program tools. Information on how to become a facilitator can be found below.
Interested couples work together with the facilitator to become enrolled into the program which allows the couple to:
- Identify strength and growth areas
- Explore personality traits
- Strengthen communication skills
- Resolve conflicts and reduce stress
- Compare family backgrounds
- Comfortably discuss financial issues
- Establish personal, couple, and family goals
The facilitator enrolls the couple into the online system for a joint fee of $30 which the couple can pay for directly online. The program begins with the couple each taking an online evaluation which takes approximately 30-45 minutes to complete. The completed evaluation generates a number of reports, charts and graphs which the facilitator will review and share with the couple in a series of scheduled meetings designed to further guide the couple through discussing and discovering potential growth areas. A variety of tools and workbook exercises will guide both the facilitator and couple through the process.

Prepare & Enrich © - The Facilitator
The facilitator is someone trained specifically in the PREPARE & ENRICH program. To become certified, a day-long workshop is scheduled and paid for by district church budgets; $175 cost for a one-day seminar not including any possible facility or ancillary expenses.

Each trainee will receive the full day training in addition to a complete resource kit of instructions, videos, and sample reports to help further empower them in their role as facilitator.

- Guide couples’ exercises
- Teach proven relationship skills
- Work more effectively with couples
